  • As part of our Fixed Fee services, we will evaluate your infrastructure  and  identify any redesign opportunities that may improve the performance of your network.

  • Our remote help desk system will allow our technicians to take over the end user's desktop to diagnose and trouble shoot  the problems until they are resolved.

  • We will also look at your current back up procedure and will do a complete test of your back up and recovery data and validate that your current backup methods are protecting your business against any data loss
